Tonight something in the rain
smells like a memory.
There's an immortality in
the occasional wind.
I feel decisive.
I'm stripped of momentary sensibility.
I have questions on my face.
Tomorrow is already talking in my ear.
There's a minuscule string connecting me
between these real and other beings.
Drifting to the right where truth resides.
Do you feel that pull when you
sit quietly beneath the stars; like
love is holding you
in her arms?
I often feel complete when
the grass is beneath my feet; when
I'm dancing with the trees; when
I’m laughing with the emerald leaves.
I am nature's lullaby where
no one cries or tries to criticize;
here where peace abides,
is the most glorious train ride.
If you want to come with me,
the ticket is free.
I'll share my drink and
let you think... For yourself.
