Somewhere In Between

This day was a sigh
preluded by a dream
and I lost my senses
somewhere in between.
bill collectors they
want more and more
i'm beginning to feel
like Benjamin's whore.
Can't outweigh the bad.
Can't foresee the good.
gonna put this shit on e-bay
for a european fur.
I'm starting to just
Not give a fuck
hang up the phone
with a quick "Good Luck!"
at squeezing blood
out of my skin
you can call right back
i'll just hang up again.
tired of banks,
car notes and taxes,
tired of the constant
milking of the masses.
economy needs to
go ahead and fall
Fold the Lenders!
Release us All!
give them your tired,
your worn and your weak
tape their mouths
so their eyes can't speak
weary of this game
weary of the bullshit
loading up my guns
with a 1000 bullets
Rat a tat tat
I'm on a killing spree
gonna take a few
investors out with me
you can't own me
like you have in the past
this oppressive system
is about to collapse
this day was a breath
sucked into my chest
followed by a scream
i'm somewhere in between.

  1. Beautiful! Angry, dispare, urgency, temptation, and most certainly frustration. The rhym works really well. I for one enjoyed this composition. Nice! P.S. We've all felt that way at one point or another in life.
