F.R.E.E. to be I. A.M.

Where is the darkness? Do you see it? Must you squint your eyes in the sun, and stare bug-eyed into the darkness desperate to find your way? Ah, yes, you understand. Light is so easily obtained, is it not? Fire, Sunshine, the illuminating glow of the lightening bug, and you are, surrounded by the truth that squelches the darkness.

Tonight I speak to my guides, quietly open, waiting for their voice. They smile on me, awakened you are, dear one, and awakened are they. What does one do in the fullness of love but fall silent? How does one argue with a whisper? How does one find fault in the ever present goodness? How does one judge the elegance of smiles?

What did you see when you drove home today? What did you notice? What did you smell, taste, hear, feel, know and accept?

Where you listening to fear stream from your radio? Where you listening to the sirens and the sounding bells, the scared roar of the system milling its machine about you?

Did you hear the voice of your Mother? Did the songbird’s loving choir drown out the worried thoughts of redemption? I know your thoughts. They are many. They are seething with the ambience of fear. Everything a question, what if? Why? How will I? What if I can’t? What if they won’t? What if it doesn’t?

Ah, you silly ones… just be! Become I AM and let nothing more follow this word. I AM love. I AM beauty. I AM right here. I AM right now. I AM in this instance simply I AM. You see? Tis so simple.

I am here, in this kitchen, cooking dinner, mixing the stew, backing the bread. I am here, in this lawn, cleaning debris. I am… grateful. I have air to fuel my lungs. I am respectful. I am kind. I care. I am free of anger. I am free of doubt. I am delighted in this moment. I am H.E.R.E.

Let the only word that follows I to be AM… let the only phrase to follow AM be P.O.S.I.T.I.V.E. Stop abusing yourselves with sad thought, angry words, self judgment and doubt.
